I think City is the best one IMO.

Arkham Knight with DLC that includes the extra villains into the story is better than Asylum too.

It sucks that Arkham Knight made those extra stories DLC though.

Merging Arkham with Lego Batman could be something special.

Have you played Origins? Joker isnt in the game lmao.

City had the best story.
Followed by Asylum.
Arkham Knight wasn't far behind but the Jason Todd of it all, and expecting a surprise kinda fucks it.
Still haven't played Origins so I don't know where it stands but that CGI trailer of him watching his parents die and then aging into Batman is top tier. Like that Live action Kratos trailer years back for Ascension.

Arkham Knight is the best one, most fluid freeflow combat and you get the Batmobile instead of just gliding. Go back and play Asylum it plays like ass compared to Knight.

this. Knight was hands down the best gameplay wise. Boss fights were trash though.

Havent played Origins yet but I dont see why people revere Asylum so much. I personally found that to be the worst in the trilogy. The combat is the weakest, the boss fights arent as epic, Batmans gadgets arent as good, and the environments are all the same color palettes of gray and green. For me it goes Knight > City >>>> Asylum.

Knight is a mess. The predator rooms suck, there's generally a bloat of gadgets, and the minor villains are handled abominably. Who thought every character should exclusively be in charge of one type of gameplay encounter rather than just giving each one a varied narrative?
