For me, its Dorothy. Should be Dorathy, which is spelled how its pronounced and can be shortened to Dora.

Did everyone collectively forget that the "a" in a word often makes the "uh" sound? Pretty sure it's "Cynthi-UH" and "Sar-UH" as opposed to "Cynthi-AYE" and "Sar-AYE" lol
