It feels great, helps you sleep better, provides post-nut clarity (which can potentially save you lots of money on pervy impulse purchases), and makes it easier to focus on other things by taking your mind off sex for a while. Like anything else, overindulging can be problematic. But in & of itself, masturbation is healthy as hell. Just admit you were raised to be a prude.

OT God smited a guy for it, but it wasn't clear if it was for the act or because he shot it on the ground. Imo God was angry because someone couldve walked in it and that's gross.
