If true there was a lot of misinformation about the bill. Like people saying the corona bill made illegal streaming a felony.

That streaming part might be true, but I think the foreign aid stuff is a lot of misunderstanding that two separate bills were passed.

I mean, if people want to talk about foreign aid spending in general that's fine. But it doesn't seem to be true that it was some free rider on the covid specific bill
