I disagree with their answer for 30. An equally valid answer was that he was making a delivery, but did not view it as important enough to waste his time obtaining a permit. So the correct answer should've been there was not enough information to determine imo.

I considered that, but the officer in the story gave the driver two options, and then said "but the driver was compliant and drove out of town", which implies the correct answer is in line with the options the officer was providing.

Also I considered "what if the driver didn't leave town because he didn't have a delivery, but because he had already made the delivery before being pulled over?". There are definitely situations to support 'not enough info'.

Only got one wrong.

I don't think we have enough information to say he was making a delivery or not. Maybe he decided to turn around because he had other deliveries he had to make and decided to make them first before coming back for the permit. Maybe when he came back for the other delivery, another cop stopped him and told him it was okay to make the delivery this one time because the permit office was closed so he figured, because the delivery was a one-time thing and not something he did regularly, it wasn't worth getting the permit. It can be inferred that he did not have a delivery in the passage, but not determined IMO.

well the question is what can be concluded, not what can be determined.
