Guy doesn't go out, always wears a mask, does 100% of the things you should do and I had to take him to the ER today cause he was running a 101 fever and all the covid symptoms.

What in the flying fuck. He's 93 years old and only leaves the house to go to the doctor.

And naturally, they're not allowing visitors. My grandma is a wreck, she's called me 5 times since I got back.

Thanks for the well wishes. It just sucks because we don't know how many years we have left with he guy, and it's happening now of all times. The test results should have come back soon, just waiting to hear from the hospital

hopefully he gets better. other people in the household have a risk of bringing something home with em if trying to trace the source.
maybe surfaces people touch (all it takes is a touch to the sinus, eye or mouth with virus present).

Just heard back from the hospital, turns out he's covid free. They're thinking it's pneumonia. Still super shitty though. Hope the antibiotics work.
