I usually fill up about 3/4 of a tank. That way I's always at least more than halfway full at all times and I don't have to spend much each time I refuel.

I cant fill my tank all the way or my check engine light comes on so I fill it when it gets to 1/4 now. Used to let it get down to like 2 gallons left

I always wait until the last minute. Its a bad habit, but Ive somehow never actually run out. I have pulled up to the gas station on vapors so many times. Its not that I cant afford the gas, but I just put it off until the last minute.

I only fill half a tank. The only time I fill up full is if I'm driving long distance.

To my understanding its bad for your fuel pump if you drive around with less than a quarter tank because it starts sucking up debris or something, so I try to keep it above a quarter.
