Costco let's you return pretty much anything at any time, so I'm wondering if I should return this. For a $1000+ product, that I seldom use, I expected this thing to last 10+ years, not freakin' 4 seasons. IdiotMachine 12/24/20 9:08:02 PM #4:	To clarify, I think the electric starter is dead (yes, I tried recharging it), and even though it starts when manually pulling on the cord, the chute directional controller doesn't seem to work. Change oil and filter at beginning of season, and drain gas at end of season.
