like, "I wanted to like it, but *groan* it had many problems"

or, "there's something we have to talk about *sigh*"

maybe I'm wrong, but you can usually tell when it's something the person planned to do and when it happens organically.

I had an ex who would do it with her laughs. I didn't know it at first, but she once said something and laughed afterwards, and when I asked her to repeat it, she ended it with the same exact laugh.
