I used to not listen to anything earlier than Mozart because I was convinced it was weird chamber music BS.
But my friend kept pestering the shit out of me that "you can't appreciate classic music without listening to Bach" and you know what? He's right. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB RAM (2666), RTX 2080 MQ ... Copied to Clipboard!

How do I learn more about classical music? I enjoy listening to classical radio but I couldn't tell you the difference between baroque and romantic music or whatever. Well first you can simply read the wikipedia articles on Baroque, Classical and Romantic and how they progressed. Bach was considered the pinnacle and end of the Baroque era, Classical was sort of a golden age of campy BS highlighted by Mozart, who could basically be considered the Michael Jackson of his era. Beethoven injected his own feelings and story into his music, which transformed the Classical era into the Romantic era, where music became epic, sweeping and grandiose. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB RAM (2666), RTX 2080 MQ ... I won't deny that:
1) Mozart was a genius 2) His music is catchy as fuck I still think Classical was overrated as an era Romance is where it's at Although you could easily argue that Romantic was heavily influenced by Bach even in ways that Classical wasn't. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB RAM (2666), RTX 2080 MQ ...
