Both his 2016 and 2020 runs were based on idiocy to appeal to idiots. If he was intelligent and knew what he was doing, he would lose most of his 70 million reality denying largely religious followers who worship him because he says whatever they want to hear regardless of how little sense it makes. Mitt Romney is intelligent and he's entire political career has been winning battles but losing the war. Trump has lost 99.5% of every battles he ever had but wins the war because he has a cult following. Honestly he could've just kept his fat hateful mouth shut and probably would've won. Even after his spiral into racism, madness and delusion this year the election was still embarrassingly closer than it should've been. I was fully prepared to vote for the clown again until George Floyd was murdered and it became undeniably clear Trump is racist who will NEVER criticize pigs and thinks the answer to the police problem is....more police with even more power. Also you start alienating people that might lean towards you and you rile up the opposing party and you get a mixture where Trump barely loses.
