that would increase the deficit from 3.1 trillion to 3.7 trillion!!!! do you know how hard it was for Trump to work that down from what it was? maybe instead of giving 600 billion to everyone, we should just give 3 trillion in tax breaks and loopholes to the richest and hope it trickles down. sure, it hasn't worked for 50 years, but maybe the 51st year we try it would surely kick in! /s
