It's a really weird lawsuit filed by GOP lawmakers against Pence seeking to deny Congress the ability to reject electoral votes and place it solely in the hands of Pence. The DoJ, on behalf of Pence, seeks to dismiss the lawsuit on the grounds that it's filed against the wrong party and is in essence a lawsuit against Pence seeking to empower him. --- I are Serious Cat This is serious thread ... It's like an anti-lawsuit. It would remove power from the plaintiffs and give it to the defendant.
