Gamecube had the most comfy one. I also like the simplistic practicality of it compared to more modern consoles that always have news and ad notifications popping up.

Xbox 360 and Xbox One are fantastic. Tons of awesome features. Love the surprise me button for Game Pass.

Number 1 is the 360 during the 2008-2011 NXE period
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucJoSC29UL8 It's really only this specific version of the 360 dashboard that I love. Blades felt kinda simplistic and the last version felt lacking in personality and clunkier. Really sucks that in retrospect it was only a thing for like three years, but what can you do I guess.
