I'm like 150 pounds, 5'6-5'7", and a little bit chubby for a short white kid. Was thinking about following a little subway diet thing, since I've got more than enough money to do it, and yeah. I was wondering if any of you nutrition fiends think that eating a subway melt with no ranch or anything but still dat cheese, dat bacon, and dat salt + pepper would be alright? That and a bowl of cereal a day.

I dunno, at that height and weight I think your physical fitness is more the issue than your weight strictly speaking.

You could probably lose weight on that diet, but I don't think you'd feel satiated. It wouldn't be fun

The subway "diet" requires going from eating complete shit and no exercise to eating the blandest sandwich they offer and walking miles each day to get there and back. Even then you'd still be kinda chubby, just not morbidly obese anymore.

That is what 3-4 cartons of heavy whipping cream on a daily basis will do for you. While the cartons technically say 0 carbs, it is more like 0. Something. I might be over 50 carbs on days I drink four cartons, but Im at bare minimal under 100.

Edit: The olive oil shots help to, but I havent really downed them since Christmas Eve when I tried to down eight and threw up later due to all the other food that I had also eaten earlier lol.
