if its anything like codemiko its a pretty snazzy looking (and expensive, like 13k) mocap suit combined with the same tech the iphone uses for the emojifier. Plus a top of the line rig to render/process everything in real time.

Projekt Melody is my favorite among full-body 3D Vtubers. There's way too many 2D ones to choose from, but I've grown fond of Ironmouse, Nyanners, and Pikamee.
