Since nobody was wearing Cobra insignia or yelling anything about Cobra, the Joes wouldn't know who to fight.
Also, since nobody involved was obviously a robot, the Joes wouldn't have shot anybody either. --- The problem with the internet today is that it's filled with entire generations that did not grow up with the great wisdom of the Wyld Stallyns. ... Copied to Clipboard!

well if the GI Joe cartoons are any frame of reference, they all have about the same marksmanship as Imperial Stormtroopers, and their pew pew zappy zaps have less stopping power than rubber bullets...so I have my doubts about their effectiveness as a security force. Jingoist propaganda is really their lane.
