First off, Parler is just a circle jerk, and if there is anything Trumpies need, is a place to project, and telling people who already more or less agree with you the same bullshit over and over isn't really growing the movement. It's just a safe space, and while the shit they spew there is disgusting, the fact that it's not a real platform of influence, and that it is just a safe space shows how irrelevant they are. Secondly, Parler asks for a lot of private information, and while I'm sure people will willingly give that information up, in the grand scheme of things your average individual won't. Convenience almost always overrides in this situation.
