As much as it sucks, with that precedent I don't get how Trump's comments calling for riots and murder are legally going to hold up in court.

All he did was aggressively worded speeches which even though that's incitement to riot blatantly to everyone sane and their dogs, it's not conisdered incitement legally.

I don't see a way out of this.

I think you need to watch the 2nd half of that video, which explain exactly why that's really just the tip of the iceberg and why arguments like "well this isn't technically illegal so its fine" shouldn't and doesn't really work.

I never ever ever said or implied it was fine you car faced shoe.

For all sane rational purposes Trump is a moron whose incompetence has killed 6 figures of Americans and his supporters are complete reality deniers which makes them highly highly dangerous, they're basically religious extremists

I just don't see how a legal charge of incitement to riot will stick given the precedent we have
