I guess you can prefer that, but no one will use them that way except maybe in writing and even then only by some extremely patient people.

just realized that men have 3 main pronouns (he, him, his) while women only have 2 (she, her)

Ive met someone with she/they/his pronouns. But its more common to mix pronouns with they instead of the opposite gender. I know like 6 people who use either she/they or he/they pronouns

I mean, yes, but they'd be she/her/hers AND he/him/his, they wouldn't change depending on the scenario they're used in. Literally nobody does that.
