Mine is the only condo complex in town that's allowed to airbnb so I can charge out the ass, but it feels weird

No. I don't even like people I know being in personal space. I definitely don't want a random stranger in it.

Dont leave anything youd be sad to lose or break. If you have a lot of bedrooms, some people lock up their master bedroom. Definitely have at least a locked closet.

No, I have far too many valuables to allow strangers in my home. I can see the reviews now:
