I ordered it 4 hours ago. I live in Vegas. I still have no food.

I called BK to cancel and they say they dont have an order from me, or it was already taken. App says "They're almost done with my order". I tried contacting Postmates about a refund and still have yet to hear back.

This is BS.

Nah, pretty sure BK just never got the order, but I cant cancel it myself without being charged.

You'd think and open order that's 4 hours old would flag something in the system.

Because everything else sucks too, and that's the one I have.

Used to use UberEats, but they randomly changed my account to a merchant account and now I'm not allowed to order.. kinda fucked up.

I have bad luck with these craptastic apps.

I have Grunhub too, but they seem more expensive. Idk, I may try them next time... if there is a next time.

I dont even know if they ever got picked up. The app still says BK is working on it. Never did it update to tell me someone was on the way to get it.

And yes, nearly 5 hours later it's still being prepared.

2 meals, nothing fancy, just 2 steakhouse king meals.

So I did drive-through today.
Satisfying, but I thought BK meals baseline used to be larger. Once they handed me the sprite I was a little stunned.

Hershey's pie. I love the tear-away box.

i've only used doordash but they been pretty good with complaints. you can just do it all through the app and not even have to talk to someone and they'll give you a credit. had to do that awhile ago when i ordered 5 guys and it took almost 2 hours to get it so doordash gave me a $10 credit.

The universe was trying to tell you something. It was saying it's better to starve than to have BK

Of all the things to get through a pricey delivery service...you went with the most bottom tier fast food place.

I've ordered straight off apps that restaurants set up themselves (major chains) and sometimes they don't get my order. I'll go to pick up and they'll look at me like I'm a completely insane person. Nothing wrong on my end with the order and I'll even get the digital pick up receipt in my inbox when this has happened.
