Naysaspace 01/25/21 1:07:30 PM #8:	get on a routine. wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. eat meals at the same time every day. And, if possible (i.e. barring working nightshift), try to be awake during the day and sleep over night. BlazinBlue88 01/25/21 1:08:12 PM #10:	My wife is in a similar situation but with the addition of insomnia so her 11-12 hours varies. We make it work rather well. Gives me free time to game while she's sleeping. If you have already contacted her doctor Google her meds and look at side effects.
