I have leftover pulled port to use up, and this looks like a good way to use up shit. I'm gonna add some roasted bell pepper. I wonder if chili garlic sauce in it would be good or too overpowering

If I were the one making it, I'd at least double the cheese and spices as the recipe ingredients list reads like someone that prefers their food to be bland. I'd also add some smoked paprika to round out the spices.

1/2 tsp of salt/chili powder/garlic in that giant frittata dish? lmao, okay

The can of diced chiles and 1c jack cheese will probably provide enough salt/chili as is, tbh. Or you'll need more than 1/2 tsp.

Only suggestion is to make it a little greener; throwing in a brick of frozen, thawed, chopped, drained spinach (or fresh but diced!) might do you good, but the level of spice and savory ought to be good enough despite the dairy.

Unless it is smoked the answer to most things pulled pork is salsa verde, especially with eggs and cheese.

better as a garnish on the side, imo, so folks can apply what they want (or don't).

I'm going to be the only one eating it. Its way too heavy for my wife right now, and we haven't seen friends/family in close to a year!

turned out good. I roasted a green pepper before and diced it up for it, through in half a diced onion and some corn. It went great with sour cream, and my wife and i finished it up!
