JBaLLEN66 02/05/21 2:37:01 PM #1:	9) Australia & New Zealand, both countries are at the corner of the map that require advanced naval projection to get to, also Australia is huge with most of it being wasteland 8) Turkey- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_War_of_Independence all that needs to be said, Turkey is basically a mini Iran when it comes to geography 7) Russia- If we were talking about USSR borders then Russia would be bumped, but since it's lost all of that buffer area protecting Moscow & St. Petersburg it has downgraded. It does have a strong military, so invading it will still be a daunting task. 6) Brazil- Brazil is a huge country that has the geography, population. and hostile climate to make invading it a living nightmare. Who the hell wants to invade the Amazon rainforest? 5) Japan- First, Invading Japan would require a magnificent navy, second the island is mountainous and the homogenous population centers are centered in small plain spots which makes it harder to invade. Would Operation Downfall had succeeded or been a complete failure...my money is on failure. 4) Canada- The only way to get to Canada is thru the USA or sail your navy thru a hostile arctic tundra climate...What about Vancouver though? Good luck getting from there to Ottawa lol. 3) Iran- Mountains, Deserts, large population, basically Afghanistan on steroids 2) China- China is vulnerable when it's government is weak/divided but today it is no where near the case.
