None of the money is taxed, and with the 300k, you can either get it all at once every year, or monthly payments of 25k.

300k every year for a decade. As incredible as it would be to have 50 million dollars after three years of struggle, anything could happen in those three years and I'd rather not chance it.

The past 12 years have been a "dont worry it will get better next year" year. From the pilferong of the economy by banks and HFs in 08, to the oil meltdown in the 10s, to the pandemic.
