Except there's been plenty of prominent people tin the last month alking about drone striking Republicans or calling for the police or military to gun down crowds of Trump supporters, even saying that Republican members of Congress should be impeached and charged with terrorism. MSNBC has had multiple commentators compare Donald Trump to Anwar al-Awlaki, a US citizen who was killed with a drone strike. So it's actually not that much of a stretch when extremists on your side are talking about killing or mass imprisoning people and not facing any consequences for it.

And yes, they are calling for republican members of congress to be impeached because they are continuing to back and support the man who incited his followers to storm the seat of our government to stop the certification of a free and fair election. In other words, sedition.

Her grandfathers were probably drafted to go fight in a war on the other side of the world and saw all the horrors of war you can imagine. Everyone suffers, and that seemed to be her whole point, when you trivialize the suffering of others it becomes easier to excuse worse abuses later.

A) I didn't say take pleasure, I said satisfaction. If someone with a loudspeaker minimizes your culture is it not okay to be satisfied when they face a consequence for it? (Again, satisfaction NOT pleasure)
B) I'm not clear what you are getting at with the statement "minimize the suffering of others" - that's exactly what she did? So you agree it's dangerous?
C) Look very closely at the bottom row of the pyramid (how it all starts). Bias is an irrational belief, while saying politicians that vehemently advocated falsehoods about the election should face consequences is based on the *rational* belief that elections should be verifiable after countless audits.

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if she's more upset about losing the prestige/popularity that comes with being in that show since she will likely get other jobs pretty easily (though admittedly not as lucrative)

This is something I don't understand about this discourse. After I graduated from college, I worked at McDonald's to support myself and my family. Before they got sick my mom worked at Walmart. My dad was a subcontractor installing flooring and countertops. Of course this describes millions of families.

There is no way she can't find work doing those things. Where's the suffering? Most people never get the privilege to make a ton of money acting
