You're not wrong, at least when I play these games now. FF7 was the hardest game I played when I was 10 years old.

Best thing would probably be the music. It's phenomenal in probably every one. Every game can be pretty divisive, and even in an installment one person doesn't particularly care for, the soundtrack is still likely to be exceptional.

Worst, I would also say the difficulty, or lack thereof. FF7 was one of the first ones I beat as a kid, and I managed to do it with only potions for healing l, and never had to use magic. They only got easier from there.

Snow I get.
Hope is one of the few "annoyingly scared kid characters" that gets a redemption arc that makes him likeable.
Also he's just so dang cute!

I never finished Revenant Wings, but by the time FFTA2 rolled around he was nothing more than a Diet Coke Balthier. Irony being that one of the last missions in A2 is fighting a couple of thieves who are copycating Vaan and Penelo, while Vaan is copycating Balthier.

I suppose it was actually possible during that specific poll, but people definitely went towards the more popular NPCs. So no, I don't think it's too general. Probably wouldn't have gone through though unfortunately lol
