That would be either Exile or Sojourn. And I'm not going to start with the middle or last book of a trilogy.

Terry Pratchett is great, but early Discworld is a little shakey. If you're just trying to get into the series Sourcery isn't bad, but Guards, Guards is commonly considered one of the better entry points.

Yeah, one of my favorite Youtubers recommended starting with Guards or Death. If I really like Sourcery, I might give one of those trilogies a try. I'm more interested in Death, tbh.

Looks like discworld is getting all the love ITT. Not surprising, as Forgotten Realms books kind of feel like something written for a teenager. But that doesn't necessarily make it bad. I read the beginning, and it has felt a lot like watching Batman: The Animated Series. It's not bad, but adults are clearly not the target audience.
