Bloo, followed by Dijone. The latter was a terrible person but so was the rest of her freinds aside from Penny, actually, most of the cast aside from Penny, and her parents were horrible, unlikable individuals.
Bloo was a terrible abomination that idk how Mack spawned. Why they changed his character from the pilot I have no idea. They took his worst quality's their and cranked them up to eleven. Plot is the only reason anyone even gives him the time of day. Dont really remember otto.
