Think carefully.

Prokaryotes were the world's first organisms, appearing 3.5 to 3.8 billion years ago.

I mean it was a chicken in the egg. The DNA was already there.

Egg.

Chicken ancestors eventually over multiple iterations breeded the chicken DNA combo. This existed in the egg.

This statement, though entirely factual, is irrelevant to the question asked.

If the question were "What came first", then the options provided could be considered mere suggestions for answers (though this would be an extremely loose reading), but the use of "which" as a question word requires that the answer be chosen from the options provided in the question itself.

As for the question that was actually asked in the topic title, it is heavily implied (though not explicit) that the "egg" referred to is that of a chicken, i.e. a "chicken egg", but this now asks the question of how one defines a "chicken egg". Is it an egg laid by a chicken (in which case the chicken came first) or is it an egg from which a chicken hatches (in which case the egg came first)?

The definition of "chicken" is, of course, not in question, as we all know what a chicken is: a man with feathers.

how does this make sense? The egg had all the DNA there. Why does it have to wait to be hatched? What is the "something else"?

The chicken was already in its egg before it hatched; it wasn't something else... its parents were something else, though, and they made a chicken egg.

It could be argued that it was an egg laid by protochicken therefore it was a protochicken egg and not a chicken egg, I'm not saying that's right, but its definitely a worthy argument to make

Either way this question is never asked as "what came first, the chicken or the chicken egg?" So the answer is the egg since they existed for 100s of millions of years before chickens came around

Neither; it was the prokaryote, followed by evolution
This doesn't answer the question.
Did the chicken hatch from some other type of egg?
Or did some other creature make a chicken egg?

That. The first egg that hatched into a chicken was laid by some ancestral proto-chicken.

But the egg would still be a chicken egg considering a chicken hatches from it. Right?

I would say so, but I think an equally valid argument can be made in favour of naming the egg after the species that laid it. In truth, it's such a rare fringe case that never needs to be conveniently referenced in everyday conversation that I think eschewing simple names like "chicken egg" in favour of terminology that more comprehensively describes the nuances of the situation is reasonable.
