After having one (under the Space Needle, no less) while visiting for PAX one year, Seattle-style is now one of my favorite types of hot dogs. Cream cheese, grilled onions and hot peppers. The cheese makes a great vehicle for all the meat and onion juices, and tempers the heat.

When I came back to California I immediately added bacon. Divine.

Might make a good base for cheesy rice casserole or something, but probably not by themselves.

I've had casseroles made with rice and cream cheese. Not saying it was the absolute shit but it certainly wasn't bad.

Unless you mean just slapping cream cheese on a bowl of rice. Be a pretty weird thing to do and probably wouldn't be good per se, but I don't think it would necessarily be bad either.

Makes sense... a basic coney or chicago dog sounds better to me tho
