Paid off all my student loans
Refinanced to a 15-year mortgage at 2.25%
Maxed out my 401k contribution
Maxed out my Backdoor Roth IRA contribution
Over $100,000 in stable investments
Not exactly sure what else I even need to do at this point, I pretty much followed the Dave Ramsey formula to its ultimate conclusion.
I don't know why but I always feel guilty if I buy something expensive that I don't need

Your partner and you are both doctors/PA's right?

I'd say just set a long term retirement goal and once you've invested/saved enough for that, spend what you want. Be charitable with some of the money as well if that will make you feel more comfortable with spending. You probably make really really good income. One of the main benefits imo of being financially secure is not letting spending bother you and not letting it unnecessarily worry you. That's where we're all trying to get to. You seem to have reached that point(or close to it depending on your goals). Take advantage of those benefits

Thats amazing. Good for you. We hope to get there soon. Finally paid off a big loan and now looking at refinancing to 15 years and maxing out my 401k (my husband is already maxed). Then build up savings from there. Maybe invest in a rental property in the future.
