With 3 30 round magazines.

And 120 rounds at $2 per round.
Luckily I found a new place to buy ammo for much better prices.

What a good day.

Hello, it is great to be back. I've been having a rough few days, but it's finally turning around for me.

Anyways yes, there's a spot in my town frequented by people. And people have set up targets, and even made a communal brass dump. The DNR said we could stay there as long as everyone kept it clean, and didn't shoot in certain areas, as hunters use some of the nearby area. So they sectioned off certain places where we can shoot, and made it so hunters can't go there.

They were pretty cool about the whole thing honestly, since so many people are out there.

I also singlehandedly saved the entire place from burning down. I'll tell the story if anyone's interested.

Yeah. And it's not even 5.56, it's .223.

Nice! I've been in the AR market as well. I think I'm trying to get something like a CMMG or like the tier slightly up from S&W or Ruger. Although prices and finding those these days is really difficult.

Yeah, I go to Dunham's for most of my firearm purchases, and I'm glad I went when I did. I put it on layaway for $699, and when I went in to purchase it it was $799. So I saved $100. The prices are going to keep going up.

I was going to get a Ruger AR-556 in 450 Bushmaster, but I couldn't find any ammo! I wish you luck with your search bro.

Ok so the story actually goes back to the beginning of my senior year of high school. I transferred my senior year from the school I spent the rest of my years at. Well, at this new school, nobody really took me in. So I was an outcast. I was fine with that. Anyways, the day of graduation, I decided to skip. I didn't know any of these people and it felt like a waste of time. And I went shooting with my dad. Well, when we arrived at the range, a part of it was on fire. And on a hot, dry, sunny day, it was going to spread. So my dad and I called 911. And they sent out some firefighters. Nobody else was at the range, or came to the range until about 20 minutes after the firefighters left. Which means if I didn't skip graduation, it probably all would have burned down, since nobody else would've been there to see it burning.

I credit myself with saving the range lol. But of course it was really the firefighters.

And, I don't currently have any plans to get a grip. I'd like to see how it handles first. I'm going to take it out after work today.
