I asked her if she wanted to get lunch this week, she said she's working doubles all week (which I know is true, we have both been getting a lot of OT since opening back up) but maybe we can next week.

For some added context, she comes up and talks to me all the time, which is definitely something most girls don't do. She also laughs at all my jokes, even the ones that weren't meant to be funny.

Sounds like she thinks youre a relatively fun colleague to be around. Doesnt sound like shes willing to be friends with all of the out of work obligations it entails, going by her not wanting to grab lunch with you
