MrDrMan 03/01/21 4:35:40 PM #1:	So my apartment power bill has been crazy since I moved in. Recently when we got the polar vortex I finally realized something was definitely off. I submitted a maintenance request and the maintenance guy informed me that somehow my heating unit was stuck in the on position meaning it was working even when not needed. I came home on a day it was 3 degrees outside and my apartment was 90 degrees! Do you think this is valid reason to request a credit from my apartment or power company? This is my current bill. I dont like to complain but this is insane.
