I haven't had a tv in like 10 years, and I'm nervous about making such a big purchase. Anything to look out for or other reccommendations? I'd like to stay under $600 for the TV. Planning get a wall mount and soundboard + subwoofer to go with --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

$600 for a 65in is a pretty low budget. That TV is super dim, and looks terrible in person. I'd save up a bit more (Like $1000-1200) or drop down to a 55in personally.

Avoid IPS panels. Their contrast is complete garbage
