powerful emotions or any sort of mental/spiritual resonance? Whether they be positive or negative. Ill describe two of mine to get the idea.

While walking through the woods I came upon a tiny clearing in the dense trees, no more than maybe 8 feet in diameter. Like a cylinder of of space amongst the foliage. The clearing held nothing but tall waist-high grass of a very soft yellow-green. I dont know why but I felt a powerful connection there beyond the cool factor. It was feelings of peace and awe.

Another place, also coincidentally in a forest, but hundreds of miles away. The woods here was much less dense and had plenty of natural paths. A game of capture the flag had been winding down and I took an opportunity to explore as far as I could on the land available. I reached a point that opened up into a wider space and a large mound. Crouched atop the mound was the ugliest tree Ive ever seen. It was black, gnarled, wide of trunk, and full of thorns. Its intricate leafless branches were dotted with patches of webbing from, presumably, spiders and/or tent caterpillars. But what struck me most was the feelings of wrongness and that I didnt want to stay there, and how impressionable that aura was.
