He was booked in Jail and charged with aggressive panhandling and resisting an officer without violence while working the streets in Daytona He's best known for playing his guitar in boxer briefs, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat in Times Squares and was an avid Trump Supporter He refused to follow directions from a co and was puled away as he made a homophobic slur toward the female officer and then racially charged language after He fired backc laiming he'd been coming here for 21 years at which point the officer says "And things have changed. You're not listening, you're about to take a ride" Burck then gets the crowd riled up yelling "Take some pictures. I'm a real criminal I'm a big time criminal now when you've got thugs in NY taking over the streets" When asked why he was being arrested, she told him to not panhandle at that location while blocking the entrance of abusiness. He appears to grow angry stating blacks can walk around and take tips all day long not earning a living. She says "excuse me?" and he says "you heard me. I don't want money from them. i'm already rich. I don't give a f* about the money." It then escalates as he tells his wife to take his f*ing phone out of his boot as the officer tells her to step back He then screams "I don't want to fight you..you fing broke my guitar strings. Oh my god, you broke my fing guitar now. Fing d-word" The officer sid "I don't talk to people like that" A second officer then arrives as a crowd gathered to scream "FREE THE COWBOY" He claimed not to panhandle but then tells a judge he was willing to accept responsibility and said he was just mad and it was a pretty big ordeal. The judge dismissed the panhandling charge as he plead no contest as a judge said "I find that your plea is knowing, voluntary and intelligent..supported by a factual basis with a full understanding of the consequences.
