Not the greatest, no. While he made improvements here and there, he carried forward many of the failures of the Obama administration instead of cutting bait. The drone program was (and is) still going strong, mass surveillance is still a thing (and, with Biden in office, will be even stronger), etc.
Granted, they're almost certainly either trying to curry favor Trump's base to bolster their odds in Georgia or they're trying to tank their chances of winning in Georgia. Blighboy posted...
