He wants consistent hours. The person that he would be taking over had consistent am and afternoon hours they are talking about having hours all over the place and putting on more of a work load so Arv. So Arv doesnt wanna get paid less work all over the place and have a heftier work load Arv would rather take a pay cut and get consistent hours some where else. Chances are they wont like it and go with someone else or Arv will cave

Arv wont get black balled he will get blue balled but never black. Arv will go into it optimistically willing to learn whatever he needs and keep doing the great job they keep saying Arv does.
