I like how you order something off their website and purposely avoid putting your email in for subscription purposes. They then require you to have one for a big purchase and proceed to use it to send you 5 emails a day

At the bottom of those emails, there's an option, usually small and hard to see, labeled "unsubscribe" that stops the emails

Finally got the feedback email. it was very cathartic telling them how much they suck, even tho they probably won't give a shit lol

At the end the survey tries to pull a fast one, it gives you space to vent, followed by asking if you want to enter to possibly win gift cards up to 5k. Luckily I was still full of righteous indignation so I declined the "chance" to win their tainted money.
