When I finally closed on my house, my coworker at my last job had a 2 week vacation planed for months. We were a 3 person dept so its not like anyone else could just fill in. She also got knocked up and became an insufferable bitch.
I come in the next day and announce my good news, she asks when the closing date is (a few days shy of her returning from vacation). "Great, right when my vacation starts, thanks " she moos. No congrats, nothing. That was the last bitchy comment I was taking. Put in my 2 week notice to have my last day be the day before her precious vacation started Oh, congrats on your promotion though --- "You go. I recently went through some odd Analyst / Senior Analyst title shenanigans at my current company. Basically what happened was that 80% of the department was senior analysts and they thought that was too many when they did redid the job titles a year ago. They moved me down to an analyst (along with many others) and I was pissed off lol. But it worked out. I got my senior title back a couple weeks ago. And because that was a promotion instead of senior to senior it came with a raise. So it was actually better it happened this way. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
