That's still alcohol, and I'm pretty sure drinking straight alcohol is not a good idea. Though, pure ethanol diluted with water to a normal strength, is probably about as low-calorie as you can get for an alcoholic drink. (Vodka is more or less this, but without having to DIY it possibly illegally, so switch to that if it's not already what you're drinking, for starters.)

I'm talking about the kind of options that you could access in, say, Colorado.

Work on your food diet. Try to exercise a little more. Set a rule for yourself to cut back on the number of nights you are binge drinking. When you are binge drinking, try to make smart choices like doing vodka sodas with some lemon/lime, or something that is a little less carby.

It sounds like you aren't really ready to commit so you are going to have to take baby steps where you can

Run 10 miles a day its super easy and I do it every day also I dont drink alcohol. Super easy.

Then you aren't ready to fully commit. Just understand if you do the food and the exercise stuff, you may see some progress. But you may not see the progress you are hoping for.

At the end of the day you are the only one who can make yourself ready to actually put forth the changes you want to make.
