I don't start for 3.5 weeks. my motivation for my current job has never been more dead.

my yearly evaluation was "needs improvement" so I think I made the right choice, lol. It still sucks to know that after all my effort during the last insane year that leadership decided I'm not meeting expectations.

8 out of 13 people chose "have backbone; disagree and commit" as my top leadership principle, which surprised me. The downside is that basically everyone called me abrasive in my growth area and some people straight up said my attitude causes issues.
