Most people have to work up towards being more open and confident and therefore it would be a more gradual change. It's how it was for me. The saying fake it till you make it is true. Cause once you do it enough it becomes more natural. I went from shy and timid to a man working in a prison having no issue telling convicted killers how the cookie fucking crumbles.
