In order of when I obtained them:
Traveler (Anemo) - She's OK. Pretty good energy generation and useful for Swirl when you don't have any other anemo characters (they're kinda rare unless you get a Sucrose early). At 6/6 Constellations, I'd give her a 7/10 Mona - She's probably the most technical and skill-based 5-star character. Very agile for a caster, but her casting animations can be pretty hard to master as she takes a step back during certain combos. Her water dummy doesn't seem to distract enemies as well as it should, but it's very useful for continually applying hydro to enemies and creating chain reactions. Not exactly a great "unga bunga" DPS, but her ult is insanely powerful burst damage that also briefly immobilizes everyone around her, which is handy. 8/10 Klee - Klee is ****ing nuts. Her burst AOE damage is pretty much unrivaled, but it is pretty heavily reliant on her charged attacks which take a lot of stamina. She's one of the best mage shield breakers in the game, but judging the proper distance of her attacks can be somewhat complicated, as you tend to miss enemies that are right next to you. She's completely ballistic when paired with Venti. 9/10 Keqing - Keqing is a character that seems a lot more complicated than she really is. Basically, she does rapid-fire chip damage both as physical and as electro, and it adds up very quickly. Her overall stat distribution is really very good and she's surprisingly resilient compared to other DPS characters. Her electro stiletto is a fascinating attack, as you can use it a number of ways. You can toss it anywhere, including the air, and either leave it there to do mild AOE damage for a bit, or cast it again to teleport to the stiletto and unleash a burst of electro damage (I'm at C1, which adds this). She's pretty easy to use but she's best in a team where Overload or Superconduct are options. 9/10 Qiqi - Qiqi is one of the few pure healers in GI, and she's the best by a huge margin. This is really great for most of the game, but the utility of dedicated heals falls off a cliff in the endgame, where sustained DPS and hybrid healing/shields (C6 Noelle, Bennett, etc) are much more useful. Her elemental burst applies Cryo to everything around her, and any character that hits the enemies that are marked will get heals, which is very handy but, again, not as handy as C6 Noelle's amazing shield (taking no damage is better than needing to be healed) or Bennett's extreme +DMG combined with modest healing. Currently, she's basically useless to me. Hopefully the game starts to move away from DPS races, necessitating more actual healing. 6/10 Venti - Venti is the best overall character in Genshin Impact, and by a pretty wide margin. It's not just that he does a crapload of damage (and he does), it's also that he generates a ridiculously huge amount of energy quickly, while also immobilizing enemies and setting up the easiest elemental reactions ever due to pulling nearly every enemy that isn't a boss into the middle of a black hole for easy attacking. Venti is literally the only character I've used that makes every team better, no matter the goal. He's so good. You have a week left to get him from the gacha, and if you're ever going to spend money on GI, this is the one to do it. 10/10 Diluc - I never had the joy of owning this guy when he was basically unga bunga broken, so my impression is based on having him at Lv. 80 with decent gear for a few days at best. Diluc is actually a surprisingly technical and complicated character, compared to what he apparently used to be. Balancing his alternate attack that applies pyro with his fast-recharging and, frankly, stuuuuuuuupidly overpowered Ult requires pretty good timing (I heard this gets better at C6 because the Ult no longer cancels the combo, but who the hell has a C6 Diluc lol). He's much faster than you'd expect for a claymore user, and pretty good at interrupting enemy attacks. His one big weakness is that he's a lot more fragile than he looks, which is a real problem since he requires a degree of set-up to get going (and must be very close to enemies to do DPS). I like to run him with C6 Noelle and give him the shield. 9/10 Overall, the only 5-star character I'd say is an absolute must-own is Venti. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB RAM (2666), RTX 2080 MQ ...
