You can tell it's going to be:

1) Cheap and bad
2) Kind of cool in a weird way

They accidentally made GreedFall an actually-good game that got good reviews, which has me worried that they may actually be trying now. They're at their best when making weird schlock.

Their trademark combination of "great ideas with mediocre execution" and weird self-awareness about it (the dialogue in Bound by Flame was so, so good about meta humor) should never die.

Oh shit I didn't even realize they were behind GreedFall, I dismissed that game quickly thinking it looked very janky, the bad kind of goofy and a general mess.

I didn't touch Bound by Flame because the gameplay looked really dreadful, but the Technomancer also had similar dreadful dialogues.
