Struts around clapping loudly. Just loud individual staccato claps. No indoor voice. Cackling laugh. Will sometimes just shout out "YAHOO!" And when he leaves for the day (which is before I do, he works an earlier shift) he leaves the sound on, and his setup constantly has a "connect/disconnect" USB sound for the rest of the afternoon.
