Pretty sure it is on PS4. For the record, even if you don't own a PS5, you can still click download on the store's website and it will count as a "purchase". Then if you do eventually get a PS5 you'll still have access to the PS+ games.

Yes, but only for PS5. If you want to play on PS4 you have to buy it. (At least last I heard.)

They did the same with New n Tasty as well - it was free on PS+ when it first came out too. PS4 only at first, then they added PS3 and Vita to the freebie later (not right away when those versions released).

Also it's not an entirely brand-new game; it's a reimagining of Abe's Exoddus (whereas New n Tasty was more an outright remake of Abe's Oddysee).

Abe's Exoddus was a much better game than Abe's Odyssey, in my opinion.

I'd love to see a sequel to Stranger's Wrath, while we're at it.

Oddworld is such a strange series, because it's pretty much universally loved but I don't think anyone actually played it except for a handful of people, me included.

For those on the fence about Days Gone, it's actually a pretty decent game with a lot of hours of enjoyment in it. I loved it.

Agreed. I would've loved to see a more-faithful (as in, similar style to New n Tasty) remake rather than what Soulstorm's looking like, but... still excited for it nonetheless.

yea it's only free on ps5. ps4 and other consoles you have to pay for. that's what gamespot says in their article.

days gone was a lot of fun and definitely worth a playthrough for free. just be sure to save often and keep like 5-10 save files. my game glitched near the end with a sub mission and the environment was all messed up. everything was floated in the air in this one area i had to collect something. tried to reload my game and restart the misson but kept doing it. had to go back and replay the previous mission and then the new mission rendered correctly. i platinumed the game and would have been real annoyed if i had to restart when i was like 30-40 hours into the game.

anyone play zombie army 4 or the other games? watched a trailer and wanna check it out. but looks pretty basic from the trailer i watched. still gonna give it a try.

Is that game actually good or bad, they way I see people talk about it online makes it hard to determine if they are being sincere or sarcastic.

I have been looking at Days Gone for some months, but it never got down to a good price. I'm not spending $50 on it. Nice to see it on PS+ now. Another game I probably won't play for some time.

It feels like a game that came too late for me. At 20 it was like a dream game for me. But my age when it came out, it's just too shallow for me to get invested. I still put like 25 hours into it tho, including a second effort. It's definitely not a bad game. Id say it's one those games that will either shine or bore depending on your pet peeves and preferences. I don't think it's winning anyone over that isn't already into what it's about.
